NWKMS Band

The Northwest Kidder Middle School Band, directed by Mrs. Jasmine Hass, is a student-centered program focused on building strong foundational musicianship. The band emphasizes the development of essential instrumental skills, including tone production, technique, rhythm accuracy, music reading, and ensemble performance.

Focused on skill development and confidence-building, the program provides students with structured instruction and performance opportunities that support steady musical growth. Through rehearsals, concerts, and collaborative learning, students strengthen discipline, teamwork, and responsibility while refining their individual abilities on their instruments.

As part of Mountie Music, the NWKMS Band encourages students to develop their talents, take pride in their progress, and build the foundational skills that prepare them for continued success in high school and beyond.
